Your missions
I'm looking for an IT support technician for one of our customers in Longueuil. This is a permanent, face-to-face position. Salary varies according to experience ($50,000 to $55,000).
Your duties will include :
• Support users and prioritize tickets according to urgency Configure new users in Active Directory and Azure (will be taught if necessary)
• Ensure documentation of IT procedures to maintain an effective knowledge base
• Maintain IT and telecommunications equipment
• Provide 1st level technical support to users
• Install and configure Windows workstations, printers and peripherals
• Participate in training users on the various IT tools available to them
Your profile
• You have a degree in computer science
• You have worked for at least two (2) years in a similar position,
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You have in-depth knowledge of active directory and VPN technology.
• You are customer service oriented
• You have a good command of the French language, both written and spoken;
• You have a good knowledge of mobile device management tools, Office365, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM, (asset)
