Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located on the South Shore of Montreal, a computer and network technician.
Your missions
• Install, upgrade and develop hardware and software;
• Ensure maintenance, investigate the causes of breakdowns and manage the use of networks
business premises
• Manage IT equipment including servers, workstations, printers, systems
telephone, mobile devices, antivirus, magnetic cards, etc.;
• Implement traffic control and network security software;
• Maintain computer equipment inventory and licenses;
• Perform data backup and restoration operations;
• Write procedures and various technical documents;
• Provide technical support to internal and external users;
• Support and train users;
Your profile
• DEC in computer technology or related field;
• 3-4 years of experience;
• Mastery of IT tools and operating systems (Windows, Office suite, MS365, Exchange, Sharepoint);
• Vsphere and Veeam backup, Vlan management;
• Fortigate, Cisco, QoS and VoIP;
• Carry out network cabling and install equipment;
• Bilingual: French and English; spoken and written.
