Your missions
I'm looking for a Software Development Manager for one of our customers in Varennes. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($100,000 to $120,000).
Your duties will include :
Vos missions seront :
• Plan and coordinate the activities of the programming team (currently 3 people)
• Manage administrative tools such as JIRA, GIT, Sharepoint and Bug Tracker
• Design and implement robust software architectures, ensuring their efficiency and scalability
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews and high quality standards
• Organize and lead planning meetings to align team objectives and clarify expectations
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress and team performance
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum 5 years programming experience.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Focused on innovation and problem solving.
