Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located on the North Shore of Montreal, an IT project manager with experience in D365 F&O migration.
This is a one-year temporary contract with the possibility of renewal and transition to permanent if necessary.
Your missions
• Manage all aspects of projects, namely: business benefits, process changes, IT deliveries and change management;
• Plan, organize, report and monitor activities;
• Carry out work according to the approved project scope, budget and schedule;
• Ensure that the deliverables produced reach the level of quality required by the company;
• Manage risks and problems related to projects;
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with stakeholders,
• Regularly communicate the progress of projects and activities to stakeholders;
• Lead, participate in or plan change management activities;
• If necessary, take on business analyst tasks (requirements management, solution definition, workshop facilitation,
• Continually participate in the improvement of existing working methods.
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in project management, IT, business administration or equivalent training;
• 5 years minimum of experience as a project manager;
• Have participated in the complete life cycle of at least 3 projects as a project manager;
• Experience in matrix resource management;
• Good understanding of manufacturing and business processes;
• Experience in change management;
• Experience in deploying new methodologies, training and support;
• Experience in D365 F&O migration;
• Experience in the manufacturing sector (Asset)
• PMP/PMI certification (Asset)
• PROSCI certification (Asset)
