Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located on the North Shore of Montreal, a systems analyst.
Your missions
• Responsible for the improvement, maintenance, support and integration of
e-commerce platforms to our ERP partners (Coupa, SAP Ariba etc.)
• Monitoring the ROI of portal usage for integrated and non-integrated customers
• Analyze and establish a process for transferring business processes to the different portals
• Support the different teams in the transition of one of their clients to a portal
• Train internal teams according to best practices
• Reduce performance risk through regular performance checks of the
system
• Ensure that problems are correctly identified, taken into account, escalated and
resolved;
• Work in close collaboration with the manager of major integration projects;
• Manage news quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing
technological versions;
• Collaborate with business users to understand their challenges and help resolve them by leveraging support systems;
• Ensure that data can be tracked and validated on an ongoing basis.
Your profile
• Degree in technology/computer science/e-commerce or related.
• 2 years of work experience as an e-Commerce system analyst or similar;
• Experience in eCommerce, ERP software, “Procurement Solution”
• Experience in project management with an in-depth understanding of processes and
digital development technologies;
