Hello,
I'm Clémence, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.

I'm currently looking for a Level 2-3 Support Technician for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Your missions

- Ensure the proper functioning of IT systems (hardware and software).
- Provide proactive assistance by identifying recurring problems and creating processes
that automatically resolve them.
- Act as the front line for investigating and filtering SOC alerts.
- Provide technical support to employees (on-site, email and telephone) for all technologies used by the company.
- Identify, track, document and analyze incident and problem resolution activities.
- Document and implement IT procedures and processes.
- Collaborate in updating and implementing IT and office automation tools.
- Participate in various IT projects.
- Participate in training courses to keep abreast of current and emerging technologies.

Your profile

- College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

- Experience in a law firm (asset);
- Oral and written bilingualism (French and English);
Practical experience in the use of one or more of the following technologies will be beneficial to your application:
- Windows environment.
- Active Directory / Azure AD and Windows authorization management.
- Microsoft 365.
- Office 365, Teams, SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of computer networks.
- Network hardware (hubs, switches, routers, etc.) and network management tools.
- Sage 300c (Accpac).
