About this job : IT technician level 2-3
Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for IT professions, intervene
on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
We cover open positions in IT, development, decision-making and
infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Level 2-3 Computer Technician in hybrid mode
for one of our clients located on the West Island.
Your missions
• Assist users globally (PC problem or more complex problem on a server)
• Deal with the problems at the origin of the incidents
• Participate in the transformation to the Azure environment and maintain it
• Find and propose sustainable solutions to solve various problems
• Perform preventive maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• Travel to various dealerships in the Greater Montreal area (2 to 3 different dealerships per week; Pointe-Claire, Montreal-East, Anjou, Boucherville, and Estrie)
• All other related tasks
Your profile
• 5-7 years of experience as an IT technician
• Expertise in the Azure environment: Azure Virtual desktop, Active
directory, Office 365, Defender, Teams / SharePoint, Azure Security
and compliance ...
• In-depth knowledge of the Windows 10 environment
• Knowledge and sensitivity to Cybersecurity
• Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness
