About this job : Level 1-2 IT Technician - on site

Fed IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT recruitment. We work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover open positions in IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure.

Your missions

We are currently looking for a level 1-2 IT technician (on site) for our client located in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position, 35h - salary between $55,000 and $65,000 depending on experience.
Your duties:

o Answer telephone calls from users of the company's various office automation tools
o Guide users in the proper use of applications
o Resolve first- and second-level problems by accompanying the user through the approach
o Document requests, incidents and solutions
o Manage equipment loans (laptops, internet keys and mobile printers) and support mobile devices

Your profile

o College diploma (DEC) in computer science or equivalent experience
o 2 years' experience in a position combining technical support for users and administration of a computer fleet
o Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Pack Office
o Strong customer service skills, fluent communication in both French and English, and a problem-solving mindset
o Autonomous and able to learn new computer software
o Bilingualism (French and English)
