About this job : Level 1-2 - IT Technician

Your missions

We are looking for, for one of our clients, a level 1-2 IT support technician, this is a permanent position, on site, salary around $50,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience).
Your duties:
• Respond to and assist users in the configuration and use of software and peripherals on various computer workstations.
• Analyze hardware and software problems while providing appropriate solutions.
• Perform technical work such as configuration, maintenance and installation of computer equipment.
• Greet, inform and assist users by phone, email or verbally
• Support and follow up on various requests submitted and refer them as needed
• Solve problems according to priorities and deadlines
• Handle, transport, test and inventory material and equipment under your responsibility
• Participate in various updates, monitor file changes or recurring problems
• Inform the team of various updates, file follow-up or the evolution of recurring problems to be improved

Your profile

o Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
o College degree in computer science or equivalent
o Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
o Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite of software and knowledge of networking
o Knowledge of Microsoft environments
o Good communication skills and customer orientation
