We are looking, for one of our clients, for Support Technician level. 1 - Call Center Dpt.
Your missions
* Provide first level support to internal users
* Maintain all service requests via the ticketing tool
* Transmit second level requests in case of more advanced technical level
Your profile
* Diploma in computer science (DEC or AEC)
* First professional experience accepted
* Knowledge of Microsoft, Exchange and AD tools
* Excellent communication
* Bilingualism essential (French and English)
* Flexible on schedules (day, evening, weekend)
