About this job : Solution Architect

Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for IT jobs, we work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and evolve in your world. We cover the IT, development, decision-making and infrastructure professions.

We are looking for a solution architect for one of our clients, specialized in the manufacturing field. This is a permanent position, salary between 100 000 and 120 000 $. Your missions:

Your missions

o Define the architecture required for the realization of intelligent manufacturing systems;
o Work in close collaboration with the development managers and project leaders;
o Evaluate and document the requirements of the production environment;
o Collaborate with the organization to agree on the solutions adapted to the needs;
o Research the best solutions taking into account data, security, integration, functionality, performance and infrastructure;
o Guide and supervise the development teams to ensure the success of the projects;
o Write architectural design documents considering business domains, applications and existing technologies;
o Transform the organization and support the establishment of business processes.

Your profile

o Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
o At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in information systems design
o You have a thorough understanding of manufacturing production concepts
o Experience with manufacturing software such as ERP (SAP), MES, Traceability
o Extensive experience in designing and implementing IT solutions
o Knowledge of architecture methodology concepts
o Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry (an asset)
o Bilingual (French/English)
