About this job : Level 1 IT Technician

We are looking, for one of our clients, for Support Technician level. 1, for the call center department, it's a permanent position, very interesting for a first experience.

Your missions

* Provide support to internal users
* Maintain all service requests via the ticketing tool
* Pass on second level requests in case of more advanced technical level

Your profile

* Diploma in computer science (DEC or DEP)
* First experience accepted
* Knowledge of Microsoft, Exchange and AD tools
* Excellent communication
* Bilingualism essential (French and English)
