We are currently looking for a bilingual Lead IT Technician to work for our client, a distribution company.

Your missions

o Provide technical assistance (level 2 and 3)
o Follow up on service requests in order to prioritize them
o Analyze requests and monitor statistics by preparing reports for the manager
o Ensure the development of key performance indicators
o Work jointly with the manager to create reports and prepare negotiations with suppliers
o Take part in updating procedures
o Participate in the improvement of the company's systems

Your profile

o Computer science degree or equivalent
o 3-5 years of experience in IT technical support
o 1-2 years of experience as a mentor / supervisor of a support team
o Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite, Active Directory and management of IT equipment (PCs, laptops and printers
o Experience in mentoring employees
o Excellent communication skills
o Experience in troubleshooting for remote connection
o Elimination and prevention of viruses and spyware
o ITIL and experience with ITSM (assets)
o Bilingual (French / English)
