About this job : IT Tehcnician Level 2

We are looking for our client, a Level 2 IT Tehcnician.

Your missions

Repairation, configuration, modifications, assembly of computer equipment.
By phone, remote and on-site support.
Resolve incidents and respond to service requests and follow-ups.
Provide technical assistance to users of software and computer equipment and respond to outages. Respond to emergency calls and keep customers informed until resolved.
In-depth knowledge suite Office, Office 365.
Experience with Cloud (dropbox, one drive, icloud etc.).
Experience with windows server, active directory.
Experience with Network, routers, switch.

Your profile

1 to 3 years of experience in the IT field.
Have a Technology (DEP or DEC) background.
Good computer skills.
Good suitability with customers.
