We are currently looking for a bilingual IT technician level 2 to work for one of our clients located on the North Shore of Montreal.

Your missions

* Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of level 1 and 2 computer problems (hardware, software, and applications)
* Take charge of the connectivity problems of the company's workstations, networks, and servers
* Create and maintain reports and SQL queries in a dynamic environment

Your profile

* Computer science degree or equivalent
* 2-3 years of experience in technical support (Ticketing, Emails, phone calls)
* Experience in systems and application administration: Office 365, Intune, teams
* Experience in Vsphere or Hyper V virtualization
* Experience in managing SonicWall (Asset)
* Knowledge of SAP Business One and EDI (Asset)
* Bilingual French English
* Good analytical skills
* Easy to communicate, dynamic and enthusiastic
