We are currently looking for a IT technician level 2 for one of our client based in the downtown of Montréal.

Your missions

- Provide level 1 and 2 support for the different users ;
- Respond to requests and incident reports by documenting interventions via the ticketing tool ;
- Management of the dashboard for requests in the ticketing tool ;
- Ensure the maintenance and development of the IT equipment (configuration, deployment of workstations, etc.) ;
- Ensure adequate documentation (procedures, policies and processes).

Your profile

- Computer science diploma (DEC or DEP) ;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Technician Level 2 ;
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and CentOS operating systems ;
- Good knowledge of SQL (an asset) ;
- Knowledge of Sage or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (an asset) ;
- Fluent in French.
