We are currently looking for a IT Technician level 1 to work for our client based on the South Shore of Montréal.

Your missions

- Provide level 1 support to employees ;
- Provide training for users on Windows, Office 365 and all software relevant to their work ;
- Perform updates and new installations of different versions of software when necessary ;
- Make changes or replacements for any computer part ;
- Track software license management and computer inventory.

Your profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role ;
- Basic knowledge of networking (VLAN, DNS, DHCP, AD, etc.) ;
- Having a base in VOIP (an asset) ;
- Knowledge of computer security (an asset) ;
- Fluent in French.
