We are currently looking for a computer Technician for one of our clients located in the East of Montreal in Anjou.

Your missions

* Provide technical support to internal users
* Answer front-line calls from internal customers, carry out a basic diagnostics, establishing the type and priority level of the call based on the separate standards integrated by the Information Technology Department
* Computer ticket Creator
* Support the team in place, both level 2 technicians and
system and network administrators, in the performance of their duties dailies
* Offer consulting services and basic training to users concerning the main software used by the company
* Use of remote control tools for resolution problem
* Provide user support, particularly for the Microsoft Office Suite, the
messaging service, internal applications and the Microsoft network environment
* Provide customer service by putting forward a positive, autonomous attitude
and professional

Your profile

* D.E.P. or an A.E.C. in technical support and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
as a technician
* Possess excellent Customer service
* Be good at interpersonnel communication
* Be results oriented
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Mastery of the Active Directory environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft software products
* Knowledge of a Ticketing system (ITIL)
