About this job : IT Technician - Call Center Dpt.

We are looking, for one of our clients, for Support Technician level. 1, for the call center department, it's a permanent position, very interesting for a first experience.
Your missions :

Your missions

- Provide support to internal users
- Maintain all service requests via the ticketing tool
- Pass on second level requests in case of more advanced technical level

Your profile

- Diploma in computer science (DEC or DEP)
- First experience accepted
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Exchange and AD tools
- Excellent communication
- Bilingualism essential (French and English)
