About this job : ERP integrator

Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for IT professionals, we work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
We cover open positions in IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
We are currently looking for an ERP integrator in hybrid mode for one of our clients located on the south shore of Montreal, a few minutes from Longueuil.

Your missions

Under the authority of the IT Director, the incumbent of this position will work on advice and sales support for the ERP solution. He will follow the customer from purchase to implementation, namely:

Analysis of customer needs, data, and environment
• Guide the client in the preparation of the data required for the projects;
• Ensure that the required data imports/exports will be available;
• Make a first validation of the data received from the preliminary export or
manual preparation of data by the customer;
• Guide the client in consolidating the data to be imported;
• Analysis with the client of his requests or his specific needs;
• Communicate with the development team of the different Customer needs.

Implementation of solutions
• Participate in project start-up meetings;
• Prepare customer data and environment;
• Guide the client in the preparation of the data required for the projects;
• Guide the customer in consolidating the data to be imported.

Support sales
• Assess the specific needs of our customers or prospects;
• Ensure customer presentations (demo);
• Prepare bids (Approach, evaluation, assessment of needs);

Customer training
• Assess customer needs and prepare appropriate training plans;
• Provide training remotely or at customers.

Customer service
• Be part of the day customer service team for interventions

Application testing
• Execute system and application tests related to Customer deployments
or as a result of a new development or a new version.

Your profile

• Diploma in computer science or business administration;
• 5 years of relevant experience;
• Bilingual (French/English, spoken/written);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Mastery of accounting concepts and business management;
• Good knowledge of office tools in the Microsoft Office 365 suite;
• Mobile ; available to travel (go to clients);
• Good ability to work under pressure;
• Structured, organized, efficient;
• Meticulous, autonomous and customer-focused;
• Knowledge of the agricultural market and farm management (an asset);
• Knowledge of C# and SQL or Java (an asset)
