We are looking for a helpdesk and infrastructure manager for one of our clients. This is a permanent position - salary between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience. Possibility to work remotely.

Duties:

Your missions

* Organize and schedule updates and maintenance
* Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, administration and day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure for the entire organization including servers, network equipment, telephony and VoIP, databases and database servers, backup and restore, software patches and updates
* Participate and/or lead the planning and programming of new technology initiatives and the implementation of these initiatives in production
* Accurately define multiple concurrent project requirements and manage delivery timelines
* Ensure that the infrastructure services required by the organization are optimal, available and maintained and can be restored within the timeframe required by the business
* Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, content, and services, according to supporting policies and processes
* Stay current with new technologies and trends
* Hold one-on-one feedback meetings with employees on a regular basis
* Provide coaching and ensure that performance and development needs are addressed
* Create learning and growth opportunities that encourage each person to reach their full potential
* Involve the team in the continuous improvement process of the organization
* Demonstrate leadership and support to the team during change management
* Encourage teamwork and collaboration on a daily basis

Your profile

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5-7 years of experience providing IT support
* Experience in network administration, firewalls, remote VPN implementation, troubleshooting, etc.
* Demonstrated experience in team management
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, routers/switches, Cisco firewalls
* Experience with Agile methodology
* Mastery of DevOps practices
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP software in the context of sales processes (an asset)
* Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with various partners at all levels within the organization
* Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
