I am currently looking for an ERP Project Manager for one of our customers. This is a permanent, Hybride one day at the office. Salary varies according to experience ($110,000 to $130,000).
Your tasks will include:
Leading the implementation of Oracle ERP Finance or HCM systems: Personally overseeing or collaborating with other project managers in implementing these systems.
Preparing the project management plan: Working with stakeholders to develop a detailed project management plan and ensuring its execution throughout.
Managing project scope: Ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and approved, and formally managing scope changes.
Organizing and leading the project team: Defining team roles and responsibilities, ensuring clear and effective communication, and ensuring project goals are achieved.
Organizing project activities: Planning and supervising various project stages, including meetings, status updates, testing, and transition activities.
Leadership and obstacle resolution: Providing effective leadership to overcome potential obstacles, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and emergency plans.
Risk management: Identifying, evaluating, and managing project risks, implementing mechanisms to monitor and respond to them.
Information management: Ensuring effective communication by collecting, producing, distributing, and storing relevant information for all project stakeholders.
Contributing to continuous improvement: Participating in improving project management performance standards, aiming for excellence in project execution within the organization.
In summary, the project manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning to implementation, while ensuring effective communication and managing associated risks.
University degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in managing IT projects.
Essential experience in implementing Level 1 ERP applications, particularly in finance and/or human resources management. A solid understanding of financial and human resources processes is required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
