Your missions

We are looking for a business analyst - application support for one of our clients, this is a permanent position, possibility of telecommuting, salary around $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience).
Your duties:
• Evaluate, test, and deploy technology application upgrades, which will help the team find new solutions or use current technology applications to meet user demands
• Participate in the analysis, requirements gathering, design of current or new systems and the
• or new systems, as well as the planning of their implementation
• Prepare and coordinate training for help desk personnel
• in the context of technical support plans related to new solutions or related requests

• Create and meticulously maintain technical and non-technical documentation
• (reports, notes, procedures, etc.) to detail activities, procedures and instructions
• Track and maintain stakeholder expectations and liaise with internal departments and vendors to ensure accuracy of specifications
• Provide second level support to our IT help desk and users for various authoring and

Your profile

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or relevant experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the legal field
• Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written
• Good understanding and expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, DocuSign, PDF software and other document comparison and production tools (Litera products)
• Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite enabling you to create reports, worksheets, presentations (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any other relevant products that allow you to set up work process tracking documents (e.g. MS Project, Visio)
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies, as well as the Windows Registry
• Proficiency in installation, upgrade and troubleshooting procedures related to documentation management systems, Microsoft Office applications and the Windows operating system
