All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and evolve in your universe.
We cover open positions in IT, development, decision-making, and infrastructure. We are currently looking for a systems administrator for one of our clients located in downtown Montreal.
Your missions
General :
- Plan and participate in the implementation, administration, maintenance and
the evolution of the technological environment and ensure the documentation and
appropriate functional analysis
- Validate, recommend and participate in periodic hardware and software updates
- Provide technical support to end users in person, remotely, via email or
by telephone
- Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems, and incidents, as appropriate
applicable
IT Infrastructure
- Update and maintain IT inventory (workstations, servers, firewalls ..)
- Configure workstations for new users
- Manage the inventory of equipment to meet needs when hiring
- Diagnose and manage hardware problems
- Manage AD, Azure AD and Google accounts for employees
- Manage Office 365 accounts and distribution groups
- Consolidate and manage phone systems (MS Teams, Amplisys)
Networking
- Configure and maintain internal network security
- Configure and maintain VPN network security
- Respond to support tickets
- Manage SSL certificates and renewal
- Keep servers up to date with Windows Update and Linux
Azure
- Configure and maintain the security of our MS Azure tenants
- Configure and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and O365 environment security
- Manage the Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environment
- Configure and maintain server security in MS Azure
- Ensure MS Azure cost optimization
Your profile
- Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft O365 collaboration environment
(SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), including various cloud management platforms;
- Know the management of safety, quality, and improvement of infrastructures;
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management
- Proficiency in Active Directory, including ADFS and Azure AD
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 including Endpoint Manager, Intune, Exchange, OneDrive, Security, SharePoint, and Teams
- Working knowledge of network administration, user account assignment and email management, VPN and VoIP technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Very good knowledge of networking infrastructures and architectures
