About this job : Systems and network administrator
Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for IT professions, we intervene
on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent. We cover open positions in IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.
We are currently looking for a systems and network administrator in hybrid mode for one of our clients located near the Acadie metro station.
Your missions
• Master tasks related to a Microsoft ecosystem;
• Master the current network infrastructure (data center and virtualized environment) and networking in general in order to propose and implement new solutions;
• Manage and improve systems, applications and services already in place;
• Ensure the management of numerous types of user accounts (AD, 365, VPN, ERP, etc.)
• Act as a cybersecurity resource person:
1. Be aware of modern rules and technologies;
2. MFA and conditional access;
3. Analysis of the EDR;
4. Advanced threat analysis and investigation;
• Climb to level 2 and 3 for the support team (be a technical supervisor);
• Assist the support team when required during high season and holiday periods.
Your profile
• At least 5-7 years experience as a systems administrator;
• Master tasks related to a Microsoft on-premise and 365 environment: Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, etc.;
• Windows Server 2016 and +, Windows Pro 10 and +;
• Office 365 and Microsoft Apps;
• SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, InTune, Defender, Teams, etc.;
• RDP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and all popular protocols and services;
• Virtualization and VMWare;
• MSSQL;
• Advanced knowledge of networking and office automation;
• Very good communication (spoken and written) and documentation skills (writing procedures, guides, processes, diagrams, etc.):
• Masters spoken and written French;
• Understanding and functional use of spoken and written English;
• Be able to travel to company establishments as needed
