We are currently looking for a systems administrator for one of our great clients in a 100% cloud environment and located in downtown Montreal in hybrid mode.
Your missions
- Plan and take part in the implementation, administration, maintenance, and evolution of the IT master plan as well as the technological environment and ensure appropriate documentation and functional analysis
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of our technological environments in order to respect our security standards, availability, and service level agreements.
- Be the technical lead to ensure that the IT controls required by SOC2 are implemented and operationalized in a sustainable manner, including access management, backups, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, logging verification, etc.
- Carry out technological monitoring and benchmarking to increase operational and organizational efficiency
- Maintain and improve technology, security, and reliability of systems
- Take charge of the management of our MDM (Microsoft Intune) to ensure the compliance of our computer fleet and that the conditional access rules are followed
-Participate in systems migration, consolidation, and integration projects following business acquisitions
- Respond in a timely manner to issues and service requests
- Occasionally provide technical support to end users in person, always keeping the ticketing system up to date
- Maintain technical documentation of processes, procedures, systems, and IT incidents up to date, if applicable
Microsoft Azure
- Configure and maintain the security of our MS Azure tenants
- Ensure MS Azure cost optimization
- Improve and optimize the management of our Azure AD
- Study the feasibility of implementing Azure B2C to improve the customer experience
- Manage Microsoft 365 and distribution groups
Networking
- Optimize and maintain internal network security
- Optimize Azure VPN performance for teams outside of Canada
- Participate in the renewal of the head office's networking
Miscellaneous
- Manage SSL certificates and renewals
Your profile
- Curiosity, autonomy, leadership, creativity, initiative and team spirit
- Experience in cybersecurity, notably ISO 27001 and/or SOC2 (asset)
- Mastery of Entra (Azure AD) and other Microsoft tools (e.g. Defender, Sentinel, Monitor, Purview)
- Know the management of safety, quality and improvement of infrastructures;
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management
- Practical knowledge of network administration, user account assignment and email management, VPN and telecommunications, including VoIP technology
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Endpoint Manager, Intune, Exchange, OneDrive, Security, SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI (asset)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Aptitude and interest in mentoring
- Microsoft 365 certifications (asset)
